Senior Project Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager on projects exceeding $50 million in value.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure strict adherence to company safety policies and procedures.
• Review, monitor, and coordinate the approval of shop drawings and submittals.
• Develop schedules of values and secure billing approvals from the architect or owner.
• Collaborate with the onsite Superintendent to ensure project compliance with contract requirements.
• Lead the companys Quality Control Program throughout the project.
• Prepare the project budget, manage change orders, and oversee adjustments to the cost control budget.
• Prepare and track all necessary reports and logs for the project.
• Organize and participate in project meetings and final walkthroughs.
• Supervise staff, set performance goals, provide feedback, and manage on-the-job training and development.
• Ensure regular attendance on the worksite.
• Perform additional duties as required.
