Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Description

  • Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Profile

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction.
  • Experience managing projects ranging from $5M to $50M+ preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
