This position requires strong client-facing skills, leadership capability, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion and handoverManage project budgets, schedules, procurement strategies, and risk mitigation plansNegotiate and administer client and subcontractor contractsEnsure project safety, quality control, and operational compliance standards are maintainedBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractor partnersSupport business development efforts, including identifying and securing new project opportunitiesMentor and develop project teams while ensuring successful project execution and closeoutThe Successful ApplicantFor the Senior Project Manager we are seeking:10+ years of experience working for a commercial general contractorProven experience delivering large-scale commercial construction projects, ideally valued at $50M+Experience managing projects under Construction Manager at Risk delivery methodsStrong understanding of project controls, scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and quality managementDemonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships and contribute to new business opportunitiesExperience managing multiple project teams and mentoring project staffProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software platformsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent industry experience will also be consideredExperience within sectors such as mission critical, healthcare, higher education, multifamily, industrial, office, government, hospitality, or life sciences is advantageousWhat's on OfferCompetitive base salary from $125,000-155,000 DOE.Emphasis on lucrative bonus opportunityVehicle allowanceComprehensive health, dental, vision insurance coverage401K matched by company 4%3 weeks paid vacation startingRelocation assistance may be considered for exceptional candidatesOpportunity to work on complex, large-scale projects with repeat clients and established industry partnershipsThis is an Albuquerque, NM based opportunity.
