Description
* Lead education, healthcare, and commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. * Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk to achieve successful outcomes. * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders. * Oversee procurement, change management, and cost control processes. * Direct project teams to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. * Coordinate design reviews, value engineering, and constructability planning. * Mentor and support junior Project Managers and Project Engineers. * Promote team development, collaboration, and operational excellence.
Profile
10+ years of general contracting experience
Experience leading projects valued over $20M
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to mentor more junior project management staff
Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
Job Offer
Base salary up to $175K, dependent on qualifications
$800/Month car allowance
