Job Description:
Experience Requirements:

•              Minimum 10 years of project management experience.

•              Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale technology or business transformation programs.

•              Experience managing complex, cross-functional workstreams in enterprise environments.

•              Experience coordinating across business, technology, vendor, program, and leadership stakeholders.

•              Experience creating and managing integrated project plans, milestone plans, RAID logs, dependency trackers, and executive status reports.

•              Experience operating in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.

•              Experience working independently with limited day-to-day direction.

•              Prior experience supporting consulting, systems integration, managed services, or client-facing technology delivery environments is preferred.

Technical and Program Management Skills

Candidates should have demonstrated experience with:

•              Enterprise technology transformation programs

•              Application modernization, infrastructure, cloud, ERP, data, security, or operational transformation initiatives

•              Project planning and schedule management

•              RAID management

•              Dependency management

•              Executive reporting

•              Meeting facilitation

•              Stakeholder management

•              Vendor coordination

•              Issue escalation and resolution

•              Agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery models

•              Tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, or equivalent platforms

Candidates must demonstrate:

•              ITIL Foundation

•              Prosci Change Management Certification

•              Vendor should identify all certifications held by each proposed candidate.
