As a member of the O&T Propulsion Productivity squad, you will support, lead, and execute life‑cycle cost (LCC) reduction initiatives for propulsion equipment within the Global Services Organization (GSO). As a Lead Project Management Specialist, you will help guide the Propulsion LCC organization to identify, prioritize, and deliver high‑impact cost‑reduction projects across the GSO network.
In this role, you will influence cross‑functional teams and drive innovative locomotive maintenance cost‑out initiatives, owning both short‑ and long‑term results for a multi‑million‑dollar project portfolio. Your scope will span Customer Service Centers (CSCs) and remanufacturing shops, requiring strong collaboration, execution discipline, and data‑driven decision‑making.
You will also play a critical role in advancing the adoption and enhancement of emerging technologies for propulsion equipment inspection, condition monitoring, and prognostics in the field-helping to modernize maintenance practices, improve reliability, and sustain productivity gains over time.
