    Are you a strategic project leader who thrives on solving complex business challenges and driving meaningful change? As a Senior Project Leader, Integration Management Office, you'll lead large-scale, high-impact integration initiatives that support the firm's long-term success. This includes leading complex integration efforts associated with acquisitions and strategic partnerships.

    In this highly visible role, you'll partner with senior leaders, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver complex projects that improve processes, enhance capabilities, and advance strategic priorities. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, bringing together diverse teams, managing risks, influencing decision-making, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with lasting business impact.

    This role offers the opportunity to lead critical enterprise initiatives, mentor others, and influence outcomes across multiple areas of the firm while helping the organization navigate growth, change, and continuous improvement. The position may also serve in a leadership capacity within an Integration Management Office (IMO), coordinating workstreams, facilitating governance, and driving execution of complex integration programs.

    What You'll Do

    • Lead large-scale, complex integration projects and strategic initiatives that span multiple departments, business areas, and external partners.
    • Partner with senior stakeholders and business leaders to define project objectives, scope, success measures, and implementation plans.
    • Facilitate the gathering and analysis of business requirements to ensure solutions meet organizational needs.
    • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resource strategies, risk identification and mitigation approaches, and decision support tools to ensure successful delivery.
    • Manage cross-workstream dependencies, critical path activities, integration risks, and escalation processes to support successful execution.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Business, Finance, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Human Capital, and external partners, to achieve project milestones and business outcomes.
    • Monitor project scope, budget, timeline, quality, and risks, proactively addressing issues and escalating concerns when appropriate.
    • .Support readiness planning and transition execution activities to ensure successful implementation and business continuity.
    • Lead organizational change efforts, helping stakeholders adapt to new processes, systems, and ways of working.
    • Mentor and influence project team members, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
    • Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen processes, and enhance the effectiveness of Integration Management tools and practices

    What you will need:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
    • 10+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives like acquisitions, strategic partnership implementations, business integrations or large-scale organizational change initiatives.
    • Strong knowledge of integration management disciplines, including governance, dependency management, risk management, readiness planning, and value realization.
    • Proven ability to lead and influence project teams, stakeholders, and senior leaders, often without direct authority.
    • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, including scope, budget, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
    • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills with the ability to navigate complex business challenges.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for technical teams, business partners, and executive leadership.
    • Experience using enterprise project management tools and methodologies.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and drive results with broad organizational impact.
    • Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence senior stakeholders, and drive alignment across competing priorities.
    • Experience working within an Integration Management Office (IMO), Transformation Office, Enterprise PMO, or similar governance structure preferred.

    Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
