This opportunity offers substantial visibility, leadership responsibility, and career growth within an established and expanding organization.Qualified Project Executive will be responsible for the following:Lead high-value commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.Act as the senior escalation point for Project Managers and support successful delivery across the broader portfolio.Mentor, coach, and develop Project Managers while overseeing workload planning and performance management.Direct preconstruction activities including estimating oversight, procurement strategy, budgeting, scheduling, and constructability reviews.Drive financial success through forecasting, cost control, contract administration, change management, and risk mitigation.Establish and maintain consistent project delivery standards, reporting processes, and operational best practices.Promote a culture centered on safety, quality, accountability, and client satisfaction.A successful Construction Project Executive should have:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.10+ years of commercial construction experience, including responsibility for projects valued at $20M+.Demonstrated success leading Project Managers and cross-functional construction teams.Strong experience overseeing project financials, forecasting, contracts, and margin performance.Background in operational leadership with the ability to improve systems, processes, and team performance.Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and modern construction technology platforms.Deep knowledge of commercial construction methods, procurement, scheduling, and contract administration.Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and client-facing skills.OSHA 30 certification, or willingness to obtain shortly after joining.Experience overseeing preconstruction or estimating functions is highly desirable.LEED accreditation or sustainability-related credentials are considered a plus.Project Manager package will include:Competitive base salary aligned with experience and market value.Annual performance-based bonus opportunity.Vehicle allowance.Sign-on incentive available for the right candidate.Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage.Company-paid employee medical benefits.401(k) program with employer matching.Paid time off package.Opportunity to partner directly with executive leadership and influence company-wide operations.Clear long-term career progression within a growing construction organization.
