• Coordinate project activities to ensure schedule, budget, and quality goals are achieved
• Support project managers and field leadership with planning, procurement, and execution
• Manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout packages
• Collaborate with subcontractors, consultants, and client stakeholders
• Assist with cost tracking, forecasting, and project reporting
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues impacting delivery
• Drive a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence across assigned projects

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer within commercial construction
• Strong background delivering interior build-out, renovation, or tenant improvement projects
• Solid understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and project controls
• Experience managing RFIs, submittals, procurement, and document control
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Base salary of $60,000 - $90,000, depending on experience
