At least 12 years of experience and a minimum of 5 completed projects. Creates project designs, coordinates consultants, leads value engineering, and oversees design teams across all project phases.

- Licensure and sustainable design certification preferred
- Minimum 12 years of experience and 5 completed projects of comparable scale
- Deep knowledge of design, building systems, construction, codes, and zoning
Responsibilities
- Guide overall conceptual vision and interior design integration
- Collaborate with senior leadership on design phase strategy, staffing, fees, schedules, and program delivery
- Build client trust through regular communication and progress presentations
- Lead multidisciplinary teams, enforcing firm QA/QC standards
- Oversee design development under Principal leadership
- Lead the value engineering process and contribute to specification development
- Lead entitlement and design meetings with clients and governing agencies
- Mentor design staff and direct professional growth reviews
Skillsets
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, rendering platforms, Bluebeam, and MS Office
