DataMap.ai is an AI-first technology consulting and solutions company focused on enterprise systems and automation. We build applications, implement ERP platforms, and provide managed services and production support at scale. Our clients include Fortune 500 enterprises and high-growth companies such as Google. They rely on us to modernize operations and automate workflows in ways that produce measurable business value.
DataMap is growing fast. We value innovation and collaboration, we work with urgency, and we reward speed, precision, and accountability. Teams here have the authority to solve complex enterprise problems and deliver results.
At DataMap, projects run the way we expect every project to run in five years, with AI copilots drafting plans, surfacing risks, and writing first-draft status reports. At this level you help improve the coordination workflows the delivery team uses, and you review AI drafts before they go to the project managers you support.
You'll work across everything DataMap runs, including our most visible engagements, from customer, partner, and partnership-growth work to internal and operations projects. The next step up is Project Manager, where you manage that work.
As a Senior Project Coordinator, you'll coordinate multiple concurrent projects for DataMap's project managers, run the workstreams they delegate, keep PMO mechanics running, and mentor Project Coordinators. Project management at DataMap owns the management of all of our work, which covers everything: customer work, partner work, partnership growth, internal projects, and operations projects. The work ranges from implementations of partner platforms for enterprise clients and development of the products and customer portals we build and sell (Positron, RoboApprover, Itemova EDI SaaS) to the partnership-growth, internal, and operations projects that make DataMap run and grow.
You coordinate independently on assigned workstreams, keep schedules, risks, actions, and stakeholders straight across every project you support, and bring decisions and open issues to the project manager. This is a senior support role: project managers manage the client relationship and are accountable for business outcomes. Business development and commercial conversations stay with the project managers you support.
You will use AI tools every day and help improve the workflows built on them, including the meeting-capture flows, status cadences, and prompt libraries the delivery team uses.
Project management at DataMap has a defined five-level ladder that runs from delivery support to leading the practice: Project Coordinator, Senior Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Director of Project Management. We post every level and promote from within, and moving up depends on performance and on the needs of the business. Beyond the Director level, the path continues into executive leadership, such as DataMap's Vice President, Operations & Delivery.
This is the senior support seat: you coordinate independently across multiple projects of every type, run the workstreams project managers delegate, and mentor Project Coordinators. Strong Senior Project Coordinators can grow into Project Manager, where the job moves from supporting the work to managing it, with accountability for the outcomes and client relationships that come with it. Project Managers go after business development on the projects they are on: they identify leads for new software and service sales, draft the orders, and get customer signatures. They lead their project teams: they proactively engage team members, ask what they're working on, suggest course corrections, and drive business outcomes. Along the way you work on Fortune 500 client engagements and see up close how the project managers you support grow their accounts.
