Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Project Manager to develop project schedule and cash flow/forecast plans
Create, maintain, and update schedules and project documentation
Prepare various cost reports and maintain forecast accuracy
Identify cost and schedule variances and recommend corrective actions
Provide regular communication on project cost, schedule, and risk status
Verify project cost and schedule milestones
Manage project closeout process
Support management of project risks through proactive identification and mitigation strategies
Assist Project Manager with procurement and contracting activities
Prepare reports and dashboards for effective stakeholder communication
Monitor, analyze, and report on the department’s forecasting performance
Requirements:
Depth of project controls experience in cost, schedule, and forecasting
Technical proficiency with project controls tools and analytics
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and business acumen
Preferred Skills:
Experience with SAP/BW and other financial tracking tools
Ability to manage low-complexity projects under mentorship
