Project Management ExpertRequired Education: Bachelor's Degree Preferred Education: Master's DegreeRequired Skills: 8-10+ years of project management experience with no degree, minimum of 1-3+ years of project management experience with a degree. Strong negotiation skills; the ability to gain acceptance from others of a plan or idea and achieve a mutually beneficial outcome. Ability to form alliances with supporting organizations and work in a matrixed environment. Strong analytical and technical skills are required as well as expert knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Smartsheet.Preferred Skills: Experience with State Agencies a plus PMP Certification a plusThis position exists to support the Office of American Indian Health and Tribal Relations priority projects that improve the office's operational efficiency.
