    Project Leader, Architect--Multi-Use & Multi-Family Studio- Dallas, TX. (120K-130K)




    A Dallas-based architecture and design studio is seeking a Project Leader Architect to lead mixed-use and multifamily projects. This role is ideal for an architect who understands the pace of development work and can coordinate design, documentation, entitlement, permitting, consultants, and construction administration.

    What You'll Do

    ·       Lead mixed-use, multifamily, urban development, and commercial architecture projects.

    ·       Coordinate design, documentation, permitting, entitlement support, and construction administration.

    ·       Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and communication.

    ·       Work directly with developers, consultants, municipalities, and internal project teams.

    ·       Review drawings, consultant work, details, and technical packages for accuracy.

    ·       Support team leadership, staff mentoring, and quality control.

    What We're Looking For

    ·       8+ years of architecture experience preferred.

    ·       Professional degree in Architecture required.

    ·       Architectural license preferred.

    ·       Strong mixed-use, multifamily, urban development, or commercial project experience preferred.

    ·       Experience with zoning, permitting, consultant coordination, construction documents, and CA preferred.

    ·       Strong Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or related software skills preferred.

    ·       Strong communication, organization, and leadership ability.
