What you’ll do:

• 
  
• Own financial reporting (quarterly statements + book-to-GAAP)
• 
  
• Manage loan draws, cash flow waterfalls & equity schedules
• 
  
• Support audits (external + engineering reimbursements)
• 
  
• Oversee lot & commercial sales accounting
• 
  
• Handle AP/AR processes and ensure clean, accurate data
• 
  
• Track MUD reimbursements & property taxes
• 
  
• Partner with project teams + leadership on ad hoc needs
• 
  

What they’re looking for:

• 
  
• 5+ years of project accounting experience or public accounting with real estate clients
• 
  
• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance
• 
  
• Real estate or development experience is a plus.
• 
  
• Strong Excel skills
• 
  
• Someone who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and can run with things
•
