Title: Senior Program Project Control Analyst
Location: Alexandria, VA
Clearance: TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph
Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial activities such as Estimates at Completion (EACs), forecasting, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and monthly status reports
Trend and variance reporting (performance vs AOP/Forecasts)
Provide backup documentation for customer invoice submissions and aid in discussions and analysis of variances between forecast and actuals
Review invoices to ensure adequacy/accuracy on allocation of funding at CLIN/SLIN/ACRN
Assist in preparing purchase requisitions, monitoring subcontractor costs, and preparing accruals
Interact with customers and internal stakeholders on matters such as contracts, subcontracts, contract accounting, and pricing
Support tracking of project cost, schedule, and technical performance, providing regular updates to the program management team
Work closely with stakeholders to establish and monitor program execution towards milestones, key events, and significant accomplishment criteria
Manage Unanet procurement workflow and input
Develop and manage program plans, task trackers, and schedules, ensuring alignment with PWS and WBS requirements
Prepare and analyze a variety of reports related to the status of funds to include commitments, obligations, and liquidations, travel, staff salaries, and other workload indicators
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience project control or financial analysis experience in the defense industry
Strong understanding of government contracting procedures and regulations
The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Experience with pricing
PMP or CSM certification required, or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire
Must be onsite 3 days a week
