The Tools & Insights team within Consumer & Community Banking is seeking a senior program manager to drive the next phase of our technology and data transformation. This is a high-visibility, high-impact individual contributor role at the intersection of structured program delivery, enterprise data products, and AI adoption - supporting the tools and workflows that power execution, performance visibility, and decision-making across CCB.
As the Senior Program Manager, you will own end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade tools and data products while embedding structured delivery discipline across the portfolio and championing the integration of AI and automation into core workflows. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, serving as a trusted strategic partner to business and technology stakeholders across CCB - driving adoption, continuous improvement, and measurable outcomes without direct people management responsibility.
