    In this highly visible role, you will oversee a portfolio of complex, interconnected projects spanning multiple manufacturing sites, global teams, and key stakeholder groups. You will serve as the bridge between customer expectations and operational execution, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and performance.     How you'll make an impact

    • Lead multiple data center programs across a global manufacturing network.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic customer relationships.

    • Develop and manage program schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.

    • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure project success.

    • Monitor performance, communicate progress, and provide transparent status updates.

    • Identify risks and opportunities while implementing effective mitigation plans.

    • Drive issue resolution and ensure smooth project execution through completion.

    • Apply contract and claim management best practices to support business objectives.

    Your background

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.

    • Minimum 5 years of project management or program management experience.

    • Demonstrated experience leading teams and fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.

    • Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

    • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.

    • Experience with project management and business tools such as SAP, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
