JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead physical security technology initiatives involving CCTV, Video Management Systems (VMS), systems integration, and AI-enabled video analytics, particularly for onboard passenger train deployments.
The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge of integrated security systems with strong program management skills. This role involves coordinating engineering teams, security operations, technology vendors, and transportation stakeholders to ensure successful implementations while managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead security technology projects involving CCTV, video surveillance, VMS platforms, and integrated security solutions.
• Manage the deployment of AI-enabled video analytics, automated event detection, and security alerting capabilities.
• Coordinate system integration, technical requirements, testing, and implementation with engineering teams and vendors.
• Work with Security Operations Center (SOC) teams to support video monitoring, incident identification, alert escalation, and response workflows.
• Oversee onboard technology deployments, including networking, connectivity, data transmission, and system reliability.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, dependencies, and vendor deliverables.
• Provide project status updates, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Take ownership of ongoing initiatives and ensure continuity, timely delivery, and alignment with operational requirements.

• Experience managing physical security technology projects involving CCTV, VMS, video surveillance, and systems integration.
• Experience leading complex technology implementations involving multiple vendors, engineering teams, and stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of AI-based video analytics, automated alerts, and security monitoring workflows.
• Understanding of SOC operations, incident assessment, and security response procedures.
• Strong technical understanding of integrated physical security systems, networking, and supporting infrastructure.
• Proven program/project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, risk management, vendor coordination, and executive reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Genetec and Lenel: Video management, security monitoring, and access control integration.
• VMS & CCTV: Enterprise video surveillance platforms, camera integration, and centralized monitoring.
• AI Video Analytics: Intelligent video analysis, automated event detection, and alerting.
• SOC Operations: Security monitoring, incident management, and alert escalation.
• Networking & Connectivity: IP-based video systems, onboard communications, and data transmission.
• Transportation & Critical Infrastructure: Experience in rail, transit, public transportation, or other regulated environments.
