We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Program Manager to lead Order to Cash (O2C) transformation initiatives, modernizing and optimizing the systems, workflows, and controls that power billing, credit, collections, and cash application. This role works hand-in-hand with the broader transformation team, IS&T, and O2C business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical acumen, hands-on O2C process expertise, and program management experience, along with a passion for transforming complex workflows to ensure operational excellence, data integrity, and a robust control framework.

The Senior Program Manager will develop and articulate a clear vision and roadmap for transforming O2C processes, systems, and workflows. This role is grounded first in O2C process expertise, executed through disciplined program management, and enabled by technical fluency in data and systems. Own the program plan, timeline, and cross-functional coordination for transformation initiatives, in close collaboration with Finance leadership, IS&T, PMO, and business units.

Analyze and redesign end-to-end finance workflows across cross-functional groups to strengthen quality controls, improve data accuracy, and enable scalability through automation.

Evaluate, recommend, and oversee implementation of new enterprise technologies and systems using direct technical fluency to validate solutions in close partnership with IS&T. 7-10 years of progressive experience in program management, finance operations, systems analysis, or process transformation, with demonstrated success owning significant technical workstreams end-to-end.

BS or BA in Business, Economics, or equivalent. Deep understanding of the end-to-end O2C cycle: order management, credit management, billing/invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, deductions/disputes, and cash application. Demonstrated ability to lead highly complex and technical cross-functional projects, influence stakeholders, and drive change across IS&T, PMO, and business units.

Hands-on experience with O2C systems such as SAP, Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, HighRadius, or similar billing/credit/collections platforms, including evaluating and shaping system design and configuration decisions.

Proven ability to apply emerging technologies (Generative AI, RPA) to O2C problems such as anomaly detection in billing, automated dispute triage, credit risk scoring, or collections prioritization from concept through implementation.

Working knowledge of regulatory compliance and internal-controls frameworks relevant to O2C and finance operations.

Demonstrated expertise in the architectural design and implementation of Financial Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions.

Experience distilling complex technical work and system architecture designs into clear, business-relevant presentations for senior management and executive audiences.
