The Team

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager, Land Negotiations to join American Tower's Property Management organization's Land Negotiations team. The team focuses on global land negotiations vendor management, transaction productivity, asset protection, and financial performance. Day to day you will oversee the United States land negotiations vendor channel, manage vendor activity and deal pipelines, monitor performance, and improve program efficiency. As a Senior Program Manager, Land Negotiations, you will partner with cross-functional and regional teams to standardize vendor management, align resources with business priorities, and implement strategic initiatives.
