Senior Program Manager

The Senior Program Manager will work closely with senior management and other leadership to drive technology and product development programs through Aelumas phase-gate framework. Responsibilities include owning one or more technology programs and the projects within them; managing schedules, budgets, and cross- project dependencies; preparing and facilitating gate reviews; managing risk, issues, and change control; interfacing with customers, foundry partners, and government program sponsors; and maintaining the project management system and portfolio reporting.

Qualifications desired for this position include a bachelors or masters degree in engineering or a physical science, 8+ years of technical program and project management experience with at least 3 years in semiconductor or photonics, an active PMP certification, demonstrated experience with formal phase-gate development, experience in both early-stage and high-volume manufacturing environments, technical depth sufficient to work directly with engineering on epitaxy, fabrication, and test, experience with project management software, and excellent organizational, documentation, and time management skills.
