A critical focus of this role is leading the end-to-end execution of strategic third-party integrations. Deep, hands-on experience delivering complex external integrations is essential. The role will work closely with the SBL Product Managers and Product Owners to coordinate the SBL expansion body of work and ensure integration priorities align with the broader SBL Platform strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead program execution across key SBL Platform expansion initiatives, translating strategic priorities into clear requirements, delivery plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Provide matrix leadership to the SBL Platform Program Management lead in Dublin and India, establishing effective governance, ownership, operating rhythms, dependency management, and escalation paths across the global delivery model.
- Lead end-to-end product coordination for strategic third-party integrations, from discovery and requirements definition through technical delivery, operational readiness, launch, and post-launch optimization.
- Translate external capabilities, commercial objectives, client needs, and technical constraints into well-defined product requirements, client and operational workflows, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.
- Partner with the SBL Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering, and Architecture to coordinate the SBL Expansion body of work, manage priorities and sequencing, and resolve cross-functional dependencies.
- Manage integration-related risks and dependencies, including API, data, workflow, security, compliance, operational, and release-readiness considerations.
- Define, track, and communicate key product and program metrics, including roadmap progress, milestone achievement, delivery predictability, release readiness, risks, issues, dependencies, integration performance, and outcome measures.
- Partner with Engineering and Architecture to understand technical constraints, manage API, data, workflow, and platform dependencies, identify delivery risks, and support sound sequencing and solution decisions.
Qualifications
- 10 -15+ years of product management, product operations, program leadership, or related experience in financial services, wealth management, lending platforms, fintech, or similarly complex environments.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience leading end-to-end third-party or strategic partner integrations is required, including discovery, requirements definition, technical delivery, operational readiness, launch, and post-launch optimization.
- Strong experience translating external capabilities and requirements into product roadmaps, business workflows, technical requirements, integration dependencies, and measurable client and business outcomes.
- Experience navigating complex integration environments involving external teams, API and data dependencies, shared delivery timelines, and legal, risk, compliance, security, and operational requirements.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional platform or enterprise technology initiatives with multiple workstreams, stakeholders, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
- Strong product management capabilities, including roadmap development, prioritization, requirements documentation, backlog management, release planning, and performance measurement.
- Experience providing matrix leadership and driving alignment across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, and business stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
- Direct experience with securities-based lending, lending platforms, wealth-management workflows, credit products, or related financial-services products preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and balance strategic priorities with disciplined execution.
