We are seeking a highly accountable and execution-focused Senior Program Manager, Enterprise AI to lead delivery of our Enterprise AI portfolio. This high-impact individual contributor role translates AI strategy into measurable business outcomes.
You will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives; establish governance and operating discipline; manage risks and dependencies; and drive alignment across AI Engineering, Business Technology, business stakeholders, and executive leadership. Success requires strong program leadership, technical fluency, business acumen, and the ability to influence without direct authority.
· Own the Enterprise AI roadmap and integrated program plan, including priorities, scope, milestones, resources, dependencies, risks, decisions, and outcomes.
· Translate strategic objectives into executable workstreams with clear owners, delivery plans, and measurable success criteria.
· Drive AI initiatives from planning through development, launch, adoption, stabilization, and value realization.
· Establish program governance, decision forums, communication rhythms, and executive reporting.
· Partner with AI Engineering, architects, business teams, and leadership to align technical delivery with business priorities.
· Identify early warning signals, delivery risks, resource constraints, and ownership gaps; drive issues to resolution and escalate when needed.
· Remove cross-functional barriers and facilitate timely decisions across a complex, matrixed organization.
· Maintain visibility into program health, critical path activities, commitments, and dependencies.
· Track adoption, business impact, and realized value after launch.
· Continuously improve program management practices as Enterprise AI capabilities mature.
· 8+ years of experience leading complex enterprise technology, digital transformation, data, analytics, or AI programs.
· Proven success delivering large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through implementation and adoption.
· Advanced program and portfolio management skills, including roadmap planning, governance, risk management, dependency management, and executive reporting.
· Demonstrated ability to influence teams, drive accountability, and deliver results without direct authority.
· Strong understanding of enterprise technology and modern software delivery practices.
· Working knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, Generative AI, large language models, AI agents, data, APIs, integrations, and AI-enabled applications.
· Ability to partner effectively with engineers and architects and evaluate technical dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs.
· Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology investments to measurable business outcomes.
· Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, executive communication, and decision-making skills.
· Ability to create structure, urgency, and momentum in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
· Experience with enterprise AI governance, responsible AI, security, privacy, compliance, or model risk.
· Experience driving AI adoption, organizational change, training, or enablement programs.
· Experience in enterprise software, cloud technology, SaaS, or contact center environments.
