Job Title: Senior Program Manager
Location: Columbia, SC (5 Days Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months with Extension
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead complex enterprise initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project delivery, and support business analysis and process improvement.
Required Skills
Minimum 7 years of project management experience with moderate to high complexity.
Demonstrated experience in business analysis and process redesign.
Minimum 5 years managing IT, regulatory, compliance, or enterprise-level initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project planning, execution, scheduling, and delivery.
Manage project scope, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Coordinate internal teams, vendors, SMEs, and stakeholders.
Facilitate requirements gathering, workshops, and process analysis.
Document business, functional, nonfunctional, and user-story requirements.
Define current-state and future-state processes and workflows.
Support solution evaluation and implementation planning.
Coordinate UAT, cutover, readiness, and post-launch activities.
Develop communication and change management plans.
Prepare project schedules, RAID logs, status reports, dashboards, and decision documentation.
Preferred Skills
Enterprise IT program or project management experience.
Strong business analysis and process improvement skills.
Experience with UAT and implementation activities.
Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
