Job TitleLead Proposal Planning for Complex Engineering and Manufacturing ProgramsJob DescriptionResponsibilities:Lead proposal planning activities from opportunity assessment through submission.Develop and validate integrated project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies.Assess organizational readiness, manufacturing capacity, material availability, and program feasibility.Coordinate cross-functional teams to align technical, operational, financial, and schedule requirements.Support bid/no-bid decisions through risk, cost, schedule, and capability assessments.Ensure customer requirements, statements of work, and contractual obligations are fully addressed.Facilitate identification and mitigation of technical, operational, supply chain, and schedule risks.Present proposal execution plans and readiness assessments to leadership.Drive stakeholder alignment and support successful transition from proposal to program execution.Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on proposal planning accuracy and execution success.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
