- Drive structured problem-solving processes, including fact gathering, containment actions, root cause analysis, countermeasures, and effectiveness verification.
- Establish and maintain operating rhythms, governance forums, and performance management mechanisms that ensure operational discipline and accountability.
Multi-Site Operational Excellence
- Oversee operator performance, quality, training, inventory management, technical uptime, workforce management, reporting, and facility dependencies across multiple sites and shifts.
- Coach site and shift leaders to own daily execution, cross-shift continuity, client communication, and escalation quality.
- Standardize operating expectations, processes, and best practices while enabling practical adaptation to site-specific requirements.
- Monitor performance trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and service delivery.
People, Safety, Security & Risk Management
- Maintain strong partnerships with HR/EI, Legal, EWF, EHS, Facilities, Security/GSOC, and site leadership teams.
- Ensure frontline leaders operate within established authority and governance frameworks.
- Escalate employee relations, medical, protected-class, wage and hour, safety, security, threat, or workplace violence matters through approved channels.
- Coordinate calm, fact-based incident response efforts while preserving evidence, confidentiality, and functional decision rights.
- Promote a culture of safety, compliance, accountability, and risk awareness across all operational environments.
Financial, Contractual & Organizational Leadership
- Partner with engagement teams to manage the operational view of budgets, forecasts, staffing models, resource allocation, and cost-to-serve metrics.
- Ensure delivery aligns with contractual obligations, SOWs, SLAs, KPIs, and change control requirements.
- Evaluate and communicate tradeoffs related to scope, cost, service levels, and operational risk.
- Build and develop a high-accountability leadership bench across site, shift, floor, quality, inventory, technical, workforce, and reporting functions.
- Drive organizational effectiveness through leadership development, succession planning, and operational talent strategy.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
