    Key Responsibilities

    • Update and maintain academic records within the student information system.
    • Process communications and workflow ticket requests efficiently.
    • Interpret and apply policies to ensure compliance with university, state, and federal regulations.
    • Handle transcript requests and inquiries with precision.
    • Research, audit, and manage historical records for transcript production.
    • Process applications for degree conferral and award degrees.
    • Collaborate with students, advisors, and university staff to evaluate student records.
    • Investigate and resolve issues presented by students and staff.
    • Maintain confidential academic files in accordance with FERPA and university procedures.
    • Contribute to the overall success of the OUR by performing additional duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to business processes.
    • High level of accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail in data entry.
    • Ability to analyze data, recognize anomalies, and apply updates methodically.
    • Capability to work independently, multitask, and manage priorities effectively.

    Preferences

    • Experience in academic administration or a related field.
    • Familiarity with student information systems and academic policies.
