We're seeking a dedicated professional to assist with animal compliance processes for our Product Developers (PDs). This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with federal and non-federal research regulations, supporting the success of our PDs, and maintaining the integrity of our research initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute day-to-day animal research compliance activities.
• Review and ensure completeness of compliance documentation.
• Track compliance submissions and approvals to prevent project delays.
• Prepare and coordinate Domestic and Foreign Assurance documentation.
• Partner with CARB-X Alliance Directors and Managers to communicate requirements.
• Identify challenges and propose solutions for compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Working knowledge of animal research regulations.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience reviewing IACUC protocols or animal use documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Preferences

• Familiarity with OLAW Assurances and AAALAC-accredited programs.
• Experience working with CROs, academic research, or federally funded research.
• Familiarity with international animal research compliance requirements.
