Position Overview:NIRA, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Analyst/Executive Assistant to support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The selected candidate will work directly with a federal executive, providing senior-level analytical, administrative, and executive support for critical FAA services and aviation systems programs.This role requires a seasoned professional who can work onsite, operate in a fast-paced executive environment, manage competing priorities, and exercise sound judgment while handling sensitive information. The ideal candidate will be closely involved in the executive's day-to-day responsibilities related to planning, execution, and implementation of FAA initiatives and will play a key role in ensuring efficient operations and informed decision-making.Responsibilities include:Provide direct executive-level support to FAA leadership, managing workflow, tasking, and priorities to ensure deadlines are metCoordinate and staff products requiring executive review, approval, or signatureManage and maintain complex calendars and schedules, coordinate meetings, briefings, and executive engagementsTrack action items, taskings, and data calls; collect responses, analyze information, and provide synthesized inputs to the FAA executivePrepare, review, and edit briefing materials, reports, and presentation slides in support of executive meetings and initiativesSupport the development and refinement of policies, processes, and proceduresReview deliverables for completeness, accuracy, and applicability prior to executive submissionCollaborate with internal and external team members to ensure timely and high-quality outputsPerform other job-related duties as assignedEducation & Qualifications:Master's degree with seven (7)+ years of experience in a technical (math, science, engineering), business, or management field, Or, Bachelor's degree with Ten (10) years of relevant experienceStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointDemonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervisionExcellent written, oral, and presentation communication skillsStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and critical-thinking abilityAbility to work effectively in both independent and team-oriented environmentsMust be able to pass a Public Trust background investigationKey Skills & Competencies:Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and OutlookExperience using video conferencing and collaboration platformsStrong data analysis, program evaluation, and problem-solving skillsAbility to leverage information technology to support business and programmatic needsProfessional discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive or executive-level informationOther Requirements:U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder and ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance.
