- Utilize automated testing tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
- Document test results and provide actionable feedback to development teams.
- Participate in product design reviews to provide input on testability and quality aspects.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance testing methodologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product testing or quality assurance, preferably in a tech environment.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and scripting languages.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) are highly desirable.
