Description

Position Summary: This role is responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of production workers, ensuring production targets are achieved, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to P&L results. The Production Supervisor will oversee operations within assigned areas or during designated shifts, driving efficiency, compliance, and team performance.
Travel Requirement: Must be willing to travel between Flower Mound and South Fort Worth. By October, all work will be based in South Fort Worth.

Requirements:
  • 4 5+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a high-volume production environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a results-driven and continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with effective verbal and written communication
  • Ability to interact with customers professionally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • General knowledge of OSHA standards

Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in high-volume distribution, manufacturing, technical services (testing/repair), or forward logistics operations
  • Supervisory experience with temporary staff
  • Familiarity with UKG and Kronos systems
  • Ability to define and communicate a clear strategic vision

Education:
  • Associate degree preferred, or equivalent years of relevant hands-on experience

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
  • Warehouse environment

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise production staff operating machinery, assembling products, conducting quality control, or packaging goods for shipment
  • Assign daily tasks, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement process improvements
  • Achieve or exceed daily KPIs with accurate reporting and customer-focused outcomes
  • Lead effective shift transition meetings to ensure continuity and preparedness
  • Provide escalation support for operational issues during assigned shifts
  • Monitor departmental metrics to ensure consistent quality and performance
  • Communicate with management and customers to meet SLAs and resolve concerns promptly
  • Address employee relations issues to maintain a positive work environment
  • Assist with P&L forecasting, analysis, labor planning, and scheduling
  • Deliver regular performance feedback and maintain accurate reporting
  • Manage workflow to ensure sufficient inventory and staffing levels
  • Provide training, motivation, and ongoing development support to team members
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned in support of warehouse operations
