Key Qualifications<\/b>

• 10+ years of experience in live event production

• Well -rounded knowledge of audio, video, LED, lighting, rigging, power, and stage management
  <\/li>
• Strong understanding of AV integration and execution
  <\/li>
• Proficiency in LED wall mapping (Novastar & Brompton) and Resolume
  <\/li>
• Working knowledge of CAD or Vectorworks
  <\/li>
• Strong network within the production and events industry
  <\/li>
• Excellent problem -solving, critical thinking, and resourcefulness
  <\/li>
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage high -stakes environments
  <\/li>
• Experience working with high -profile clients
  <\/li>
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  <\/li>
• Self -motivated, proactive, and adaptable
  <\/li>
• Willingness to work occasional weekends and holidays as needed

  Key Responsibilities<\/b>

  • Lead all technical and production aspects of live events
    <\/li>
  • Develop equipment lists, pull sheets, and technical documentation
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate rentals while optimizing cost efficiency
    <\/li>
  • Translate stage designs into technical execution plans, including rigging and AV layouts
    <\/li>
  • Conduct site visits and manage final event advancements with venues and vendors
    <\/li>
  • Hire, assign, and manage production crews onsite
    <\/li>
  • Oversee load -in, rehearsals, and live show execution
    <\/li>
  • Optimize crew efficiency and production timelines
    <\/li>
  • Troubleshoot and resolve real -time technical issues during events
    <\/li>
  • Ensure system redundancy, safety protocols, and performance monitoring
    <\/li>
  • Manage power distribution and cable organization
    <\/li>
  • Collaborate with creative teams to align technical execution with vision
    <\/li>
  • Maintain production budgets and track overall show costs
    <\/li>
  • Lead production meetings and provide ongoing updates
    <\/li>
  • Train and mentor junior technicians
    <\/li>
  • Support continuous improvement of production processes and SOPs
    <\/li>
  • Serve as onsite Technical or Production Manager depending on event needs
