As a Client Solutions Associate (CSA) in our team, you will embark on a comprehensive development program designed to transform you into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in all aspects of payables. Throughout this journey, you will gain a deep understanding of the payables continuum, the solutions we offer, and the reasons why our solutions are considered Best in Class. This includes traditional, commercial card, and emerging payment and connectivity solutions, with a focus on B2B/B2C payables.
In this role, you will align with a team of Client Solutions Specialists (CSSs) who are SMEs in delivering Payables and Connectivity solutions. They will provide guidance and mentorship as you work towards becoming a Client Solutions Specialist (CSS) yourself. Your primary focus will be on learning and developing the skills necessary to understand and address the needs of our clients and prospects. By the end of your Associate journey, you will be well-equipped to deliver innovative product solutions that drive client success and contribute to the overall profitability of the firm.
