We enjoy a challenge and pride ourselves on working with our clients on their most complex problems, finding elegant and flexible solutions that help them transform their businesses.

Role Overview

The Product Owner is accountable for defining and delivering solutions that drive real business and customer outcomes within a complex IT environment. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and delivery—ensuring the team is always working on the right things and making measurable progress.
You will create clarity where there isn’t any, align stakeholders who don’t always agree, and drive delivery forward—consistently.

Location & Work Model

Work Model: Hybrid (4 days remote / 1 day on-site)

On-site Location: Client office located on the Las Vegas Strip

Frequency: 1 day per week (Fixed day to be coordinated with the team)

Availability: The candidate must be available every working day for at least 1–2 hours between 14:00/15:00 and 16:00 CET (5:00/6:00 AM to 7:00 AM PST/Las Vegas time), so they can collaborate with the Poland team in real time.

Commitment & Commute Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who is already based in, or willing to relocate to, the Greater Las Vegas Metropolitan Area or within a comfortable, reliable driving distance for a weekly commute. Because our client relies on regular, face-to-face collaboration once a week, candidates must have dependable transportation and be comfortable navigating a weekly commute to the Las Vegas Strip.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and prioritize the product backlog aligned to business outcomes

  • Translate needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria

  • Partner with engineering to deliver incremental, high-quality value

  • Lead Agile ceremonies and enable team effectiveness

  • Drive decisions and manage tradeoffs across value, risk, and timelines

  • Build strong understanding of customer needs and business goals

  • Navigate a broad, complex stakeholder landscape across business and IT

  • Communicate priorities, progress, and risks with clarity and consistency

  • Coordinate across teams and dependencies to ensure end-to-end delivery

Job requirements

Core Experience

  • Product Owner/Product Management experience in Agile environments

  • Proven ability to work in large, complex IT organizations

  • Acting as the primary product contact for day-to-day client questions and coordinating issue investigation with the engineering team

  • Ability to break down complex problems into actionable work

  • Strong communication and data-driven decision-making skills

  • Experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar

  • A basic technical understanding of SQL, APIs, data, and system integrations

  • Being comfortable with hands-on UAT and problem investigation

  • Acting as the primary product contact for day-to-day client questions and coordinating issue investigation with the engineering team

What It Really Takes

  • Drive: You take ownership, push work forward, and create clarity without waiting

  • Curiosity (Understand the Why): You dig beyond requests to solve the real problem and challenge assumptions

  • Grit: You navigate ambiguity, constraints, and resistance—and see things through

  • Stakeholder Navigation: You manage stakeholders who disagree, drive alignment where possible, and move forward without perfect consensus

  • Relentless Communication: You communicate more than feels necessary—ensuring priorities, decisions, and context are always clear

Success Looks Like

  • Clear priorities and consistent delivery of business value

  • Stakeholders aligned—or at least moving forward—despite differences

  • Risks addressed early and progress maintained in complex environments

  • A team that is focused, productive, and solving the right problems
