Senior Product Marketing Manager

We bridge the gap between complex cloud data platforms-like Snowflake, Databricks, and Google BigQuery-and the business users who need consistent, AI-ready analytics. We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement & Competitive Intelligence to help us redefine how the world handles business intelligence.

The Impact You'll Make

In this role, you will:

• Build the Sales Enablement Function: Lead complex GTM projects and establish AtScale's sales enablement operating model from scratch-including cadence, content architecture, training curriculum, certification programs, and field operating rhythms.
• Set Enablement Standards & Scale Content: Codify standards into rubrics for pitch decks, discovery guides, demo storylines, and objection handling while leveraging modern AI tooling to scale high-quality drafts efficiently.
• Drive Competitive Intelligence & Insights: Build an end-to-end competitive program using AI-driven workflows to maintain battlecards, and run a transcript-driven win/loss program to deliver actionable market insights to Sales, Product, and Leadership.

Who You Are

• You are comfortable in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly, demonstrating high autonomy, a bias toward execution, and comfort with ambiguity.
• You value quality over speed and are curious about using AI tools to increase efficiency.
• You have experience with building sales enablement functions or competitive intelligence programs from the ground up for enterprise sales-led motions targeting technical buyers.
• You bring 8+ years of experience in product marketing or GTM, alongside domain background in data, analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), or the modern data stack.
• You are based in or able to work East Coast (ET) hours
