Senior Product Manager - West

Our client is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the growth, profitability, and strategic direction of its homeowners portfolio across wildfire-exposed markets in the western United States. This role serves as the business owner for a rapidly growing property insurance portfolio, combining responsibility for product strategy, pricing, underwriting, regulatory engagement, and portfolio performance. The successful candidate will play a key role in launching new products, expanding into new markets, and helping shape the future of insurance solutions for catastrophe-exposed regions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product, pricing, underwriting, and exposure management strategies that drive profitable growth across western homeowners markets.
• Lead new product development initiatives, including rate and form filings, regulatory engagement, market expansion, and technology implementation requirements.
• Monitor portfolio performance and partner with actuarial, underwriting, distribution, and technology teams to identify opportunities and improve business results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of property and casualty insurance product management or product development experience, including at least 3 years focused on homeowners insurance.
• Demonstrated experience using portfolio performance data to drive product, pricing, underwriting, and business decisions.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to work effectively across actuarial, underwriting, regulatory, and technology teams.
