    • Use rapid prototypes, proof-of-concept, user research, and structured experiments to test assumptions early, demonstratevalue, and make informed investment decisions before committing significant engineering effort.

    • Own roadmap prioritization using customer value, commercial return, GMV/revenue potential, adoption, operational impact, technical feasibility, risk, and time-to-market as decisioninputs.

    • Translate business needs, platform changes, customer feedback, and technical constraints into clear requirements, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable release plans.

    • Partner closely with Engineering, Data, Design, Client Solutions, Operations, Sales, Legal, Security, and executive leadership to deliver high-quality, scalable products.

    • Engage credibly in technical discussions involving APIs, webhooks, OAuth, permissions, tokenmanagement, SDKs, data models, event schemas, workflow orchestration, and third-partyplatform integrations.

    • Shape product requirements for data ingestion, normalization, identity resolution, data quality, governance, clean rooms, data lakes/warehouses, measurement environments, and system-of-record decisions.

    • Develop an AI-first product approach:identifyopportunities for AI to improve insights, decisioning, workflow automation, campaign/commerce operations, content processes, anduser experience.

    • Evaluate, select, and manage external vendors and platform partners; lead technical duediligence, capability assessment, roadmap alignment, delivery oversight, and escalation whenneeded.

    • Develop a strong point of view on where Flywheel should build, buy, partner, integrate, orprototype—and communicate the rationale clearly to leadership.

    • Stay current on social commerce, creator/affiliate ecosystems, marketplace platforms, retailmedia, AI capabilities, data/privacy trends, and platform API changes.

    • A natural zero-to-one builder who is energized by ambiguity, can create structure from incomplete information, and knows how to turn a nascent idea into a validated product strategy and execution plan.

    • A self-starter who can independently frame a problem, gather the right inputs, build alignment, andmakedecisionstomove work forward without excessive direction.

    • Technically fluent and credible with engineering and data teams. You do not need to be anengineer, but you understand how modern software products, integrations, data systems, cloudservices, and AI-enabled applications are designed and delivered.
