What You Will Do

• Lead the product strategy and roadmap, focusing on enhancing underwriting decisioning capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and prioritize features.
• Utilize OpenAI technologies to drive product innovation and improve user experience.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product enhancements.
• Develop and track key performance metrics to measure product success and inform future iterations.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders to ensure product alignment with customer needs.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 5–8 years of experience in product management, preferably in the insurance or AI sectors.
• Proven track record of managing successful product launches and driving product strategy.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in utilizing data to inform decision-making.
• Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot and Zendesk to enhance customer engagement and support.

Preferred

• Experience working in a Series D funded company or similar high-growth environment.
• Background in B2B enterprise solutions and understanding of the insurance landscape.
• Knowledge of machine learning and AI technologies beyond OpenAI.

Compensation and Benefits
