Senior Product Manager – Vendor Incentives Automation

Location: Raleigh, NC – Hybrid (4 days onsite)
Duration: 12-month contract with potential conversion to FTE
Schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST; occasional early calls with India team
Interview Process: 3 rounds – Hiring Manager, Product, and Engineering teams.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the transformation of vendor incentive processes from manual, spreadsheet-based workflows to an automated enterprise platform. This role will own product strategy, roadmap, requirements, and delivery while partnering closely with Merchandising, Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Vendor Incentives product roadmap.
• Lead automation across contract ingestion, incentive calculations, accruals, settlements, and reporting.
• Drive integrations across Ironclad, Oracle, Snowflake, Kafka, pricing tools, vendor master data, and product hierarchy systems.
• Establish data governance, controls, auditability, and operational processes.
• Translate business needs into product requirements and scalable technology solutions.
• Manage implementation partners and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Drive measurable business outcomes through process automation and improved data accuracy.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management, Enterprise Systems, or Business Transformation experience.
• Experience with Vendor Incentives, Rebates, Trade Funding, Revenue Management, or Contract Lifecycle Management.
• Hands-on experience with Ironclad or similar contract management platforms.
• Experience designing automated data integrations.
• Strong understanding of vendor master data, product hierarchies, pricing, merchandising, and financial processes.
• Experience integrating with Oracle ERP or similar enterprise platforms.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Finance, Accounting, Merchandising, Legal, and Technology.

Preferred

• Retail, automotive, distribution, or consumer products experience.
• Experience with Enable, Vendavo, Vistex, Oracle Retail, or similar platforms.
• Experience building vendor portals, dashboards, or self-service reporting.
