About the Role We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Product team at Step and own the end-to-end development of a core product area. In this role, you will shape the roadmap for your area to align with Step's broader business goals, operating at the intersection of customer experience, business performance, and regulatory reality, and balancing growth, risk, and compliance as we scale. As we continue to grow, you will play a crucial role in using data-driven insights to define priorities, executing product strategies, and turning ambiguous problems into shipped product. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, data science, legal, compliance, operations, marketing, and finance, and leverage AI tools to move faster from insight to shipped product. As part of Beast Industries, MrBeast's family of companies, Step is positioned to scale significantly over the next 12-24 months, and we're hiring senior product leaders across banking, spending and saving, growth, and risk to build for that scale.
