The Senior Product Manager is a pivotal role at Bentley, responsible for driving the success of one or more products within our portfolio, ensuring they deliver meaningful and measurable value to users, in alignment with the company's strategic objectives and business goals.
The Senior Product Manager leads the development of a product by aligning all involved stakeholder functions and teams around a clearly articulated vision for the product, a strategic roadmap to achieve it, and the frameworks and practices that will allow the teams to build the right product for the users and to monitor its usage and performance on the market.
The Senior Product Manager is strongly connected to the industry in which the product operates and the competitive landscape, allowing them to always stay focused on customer needs and recent industry developments, thereby enabling them to guide the team in the right direction.
To succeed in this role, a potential candidate will have significant experience managing complex technological products, take an outward facing approach to develop an intimate knowledge of the industry and users, and have strong leadership and communication skills. Possessing a growth mindset, innate curiosity, impact orientation and a motivation to solve complex problems will be key traits required for success in this role.
