About Us
Nebulock builds hunt-first, behavior-first security operations. Enterprise security teams use us to find attackers already inside their environment by spotting behavior thats abnormal for that organization, rather than by matching signatures of attacks someone has already seen. Attackers rotate tooling constantly and it costs them almost nothing; changing how they behave is much harder.
Series A, $34M total raised led by FirstMark, with Bain Capital Ventures, Decibel, Zetta, Step Function, and In-Q-Tel. Founding team out of CrowdStrike, Palo Alto Networks, and Arctic Wolf.
The platform is a closed loop:
A per-customer behavioral system of record that learns what normal looks like in a specific environment and gets more useful the longer it runs
Detections built from that context, re-baselining as environments shift, maintained by a detection engineering team rather than shipped and forgotten
Autonomous hunting agents that work from a hypothesis instead of an alert, and write the detection when they establish root cause
Detection engineering agents that take the context of threat hunts run to build, test, validate and deploy behavioral detections for Nebulock customers.
Position Overview
If youre a cybersecurity practitioner turned product leader, this ones for you.
Youll join our product team as a Senior Product Manager, reporting to the Head of Product, and you will own significant, ambiguous problem spaces from discovery through delivery. This role spikes in two places:
Zero-to-one discovery. Youll spend real time with SOC analysts, detection engineers, and threat hunters to figure out what to build next. Youll validate problems before we write code, kill ideas that dont survive contact with customers, and turn fuzzy market signals into sharp product bets.
Execution with R&D. Discovery means nothing if it doesnt ship. Youll partner daily with engineering and research to turn validated bets into epics with crisp success criteria, make scope tradeoffs that keep velocity high, and get products into customers hands fast.
Expected Impact
A year from now youll have shipped things that measurably improve security outcomes and strengthen our customers security posture, all in a modern, agentic way.
Nebulock is an AI-native company, but we arent building AI for the sake of AI. Automating, reasoning, and delivering autonomous security outcomes is what we do day in, day out, and the products you own will embody that. Your work will move customers meaningfully away from their SIEM toward hunt-first operations, your discovery will shape where we place our next bets, and R&D will point to your epics as the clearest theyve worked from.
Qualifications
Deep cybersecurity knowledge. Youve lived the problems were solving; experience in SOC, IR, or threat research roles is a big plus. You can hold your own in a conversation about detection logic, attacker tradecraft, or why a hunt hypothesis is worth pursuing.
Solid product management skills. Youre comfortable writing epics and stories, defining success criteria, and partnering closely with R&D. You know how to run discovery and how to translate it into things engineers can build.
A shipping track record. This wont be your first PM role. Youve shipped things that matter and learned from what didnt.
Comfort with speed and ambiguity. Were a Series A company moving fast. Youll often be the one bringing structure to a problem nobody has framed yet.
How we work
If books like Inspired (Marty Cagan), Product Management in Practice (Matt LeMay), and Extreme Ownership (Willink/Babin) resonate with you, youll likely thrive here. We favor empowered teams over feature factories, direct customer contact over secondhand requirements, and owning outcomes over assigning blame.
