Youll own both the product people use today and the platform were building for tomorrow. This means shipping features that drive growth this quarter while architecting the systems that will power Podium for years to come. Youre building products that businesses actually love using - consumer-grade experiences for the SMB market.

At Podium, product managers are builders. Youll use AI tools - Claude, Cursor, LLMs - to prototype UIs, write code, and ship features alongside engineers. We dont believe you need a CS degree to build. We believe you need curiosity, agency, and a willingness to learn. If you can articulate what needs to exist, AI can help you build. This is the new SDLC, and were pioneering it together.
This position is based in Lehi, UT.
In this role, you will:
• Own strategy end-to-end - Define what we build and why, from customer-facing features to platform infrastructure • Build, dont just spec - Use AI tools to prototype, write code, and ship alongside engineers. PMs here are builders • Spend time with customers - Watch how they work, understand their workflows, identify whats missing • Ship with speed - Get features in front of customers fast, learn from real usage, iterate based on data • Make company-level decisions - Architecture choices, partnership strategy, integration priorities that affect how all teams build • Design for scale - Build systems, patterns, and platforms that other teams will leverage

What sets you apart:
• Built 01 products that scaled to real customer adoption • Experience with AI agents, LLMs, or human-in-the-loop systems • Youve used AI tools (Claude, Cursor) to build prototypes or ship code • Startup or founder experience - youve worn multiple hats and figured it out • Vertical SaaS or SMB product experience • Technical background (can read/write Python, React, SQL) is a plus but not required

What You Will Be Doing:
• Developing and maintaining highly usable systems that have a direct impact on the success of our business, with a focus on AI-driven solutions • Collaborating across teams, such as Engineering, Bizapp, Finance, and Legal, to identify needs and create innovative AI solutions • Emphasizing user experience and creating tools that are both functional and intuitive • Contributing to a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement, while staying ahead of trends in AI
What You Should Have:
• 6+ years of experience in software development, with expertise in modern programming languages • A passion for AI and its potential to transform businesses and industries • Strong user mindset and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving innovative solutions in fast-paced, impact-oriented environments • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across teams to find direction and clarity • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and tackle ambiguous problems head-on • Must be local and available to work in-office, 5 days per week
