Axon | Seattle, WA | Full time | Onsite, Tuesday through Friday | Applications close November 6
Compensation: $141,000 - $225,600 | Base + Bonus + RSUs
When a child goes missing from a park, the first few minutes decide how the day ends. Fusus is built for those minutes. It brings cameras, body-worn video, license plate reader data, investigative systems, and other sensors into one shared picture, so officers, responders, and security teams can see what is happening and act when every second matters. It is a powerful expression of Axon's mission to Protect Life.
The camera that helps find that child also records every other family in the park. Fusus is only as valuable as the trust behind it: who is in the system, who gets access and when, and how every use of sensitive information is accounted for.
We are hiring a Senior Product Manager II, based in our Seattle office, to build that trust foundation. You will work from first principles across identity, tenant models, roles and permissions, access lifecycle, cross-organization collaboration, audit, and oversight, as Fusus grows beyond public safety into retail, healthcare, logistics, and international markets. The hard part is making responsible access feel natural in high-stakes moments while earning the confidence of the communities those moments serve.
Success looks like this. The people protecting a school, a grocery store, or a highway get the access they need in seconds, and the families on the other side of the camera can count on it being used ethically, responsibly, and with empathy.
You'll own the product strategy and roadmap for the trust and identity foundation of Fusus: the system that decides who can see sensitive community information, and keeps every access accountable.
You'll work directly with the people who run these systems to understand high-stakes access and accountability workflows, then turn what you learn into clear product principles, a coherent roadmap, and measurable outcomes. Engineering, Design, Security, Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Sales, and customer-facing teams are your partners in balancing urgent needs against durable platform choices.
Technical choices in this work reach people who will never see the software: a parent at school pickup, a shop owner closing up at night. We're looking for a product leader who moves easily between field workflows and system architecture, and who can make complex trust concepts simple enough for anyone to act on quickly and responsibly.
This role is onsite in our Seattle office at Metropolitan Park West Tower, 1100 Olive Way, in downtown Seattle. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. We believe that connection fuels innovation, and our in-office culture is designed to foster meaningful teamwork, mentorship, and shared success.
Fully remote candidates will not be considered. US work authorization is required.
Provn is our hiring partner. The successful candidate selected for interview will be asked to show how they make a hard platform call: what to rebuild from first principles and what to deliberately leave alone, how an access model holds up across very different customers, including how access ends, how to win adoption from teams that don't report to them, and how to move live customers onto a new model without slowing down the people responding to an incident.
If you have a project example already, great! If you do not, complete The Re-Platform Decision challenge on Provn.co to strengthen your candidacy. Axon is looking for proactive, AI-fluent builders, and completing the challenge before anyone asks is the clearest way to show you're one. Think of it as your way to the top of the candidate stack. You'll decide what to rebuild in an authorization system that seven product teams depend on, commit to what ships in two quarters, and plan the move for 1,200 live agencies.
