Senior Product Manager - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Product Manager for a contract position with a Major Financial Services Company located in Milwaukee, WI. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

Compensation: $56.00 - $66.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications

Position Overview:
This role will support the Technology Platform Product organization, helping to define and deliver technology capabilities that enable teams across the enterprise. The Senior Product Manager will partner closely with engineering, architecture, product leaders, and business stakeholders to translate business and technology needs into clear product priorities and measurable outcomes, ensuring work is aligned to broader Technology Platform objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain product strategy, priorities, and roadmaps aligned to Technology Platform objectives
• Partner with engineering and architecture teams to translate business and technical needs into actionable product requirements and priorities
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs, balancing business value, technical dependencies, risk, and capacity
• Drive alignment across stakeholders and communicate product priorities, progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes
• Define measurable product outcomes and use data and feedback to inform prioritization and product decisions
• Support planning activities and ensure work is clearly connected to broader organizational objectives
• Identify opportunities to improve platform capabilities, customer experience, operational efficiency, and technology outcomes

Primary Requirements:

• 7+ years of product management, technical product management, or related experience
• Demonstrated experience managing technology products or platforms in a complex enterprise environment
• Strong ability to partner with engineering and architecture teams and understand technical concepts and trade-offs
• Experience developing product roadmaps, prioritizing work, and driving initiatives through execution
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
• Ability to operate effectively across multiple teams and manage competing priorities
• Product strategy and product management with experience translating business and technology needs into clear product priorities and outcomes
• Roadmap, backlog, and prioritization management, including managing dependencies and driving work from strategy through execution
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication, with the ability to influence across product, engineering, and business teams
• Technical product management experience working closely with engineering, architecture, and technology teams

Desired Skills:

• Experience defining and using KPIs, OKRs, or product metrics to demonstrate outcomes and value
• Experience with cloud platforms, infrastructure, developer platforms, or enterprise technology products
• Experience working across large, complex enterprise organizations with multiple technology and business stakeholders
• Experience working within Agile product development environments and tools such as Jira or Jira Align
