WHO WE ARE

At NovaSensor, an Amphenol company, we are pioneers in high accuracy sensing solutions. As a global leader in MEMS (Microelectromechanical Systems) technology, we design and manufacture advanced pressure sensors that power critical applications across the medical, industrial, and transportation markets-whether it is enabling life-saving medical devices, enhancing vehicle safety and efficiency, or ensuring reliability in industrial systems.

We are part of Amphenol, a global leader in advanced interconnect systems, serving diverse markets including automotive, aerospace, industrial, and mobile devices. Amphenol Corporation, a member of the Fortune 500 (NYSE: APH), was established in 1932 and has pioneered innovation in electronics for nearly a century across virtually every end market.

WHAT WE OFFER

You can expect a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, matching 401K, HSA, FSA, employer-paid life insurance, wellness programs, extensive EAP), favorable work/life balance, a generous PTO allowance and paid holidays, an engaging and collaborative work environment, and an entrepreneurial focus that encourages employees to chart their own paths.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the strategic direction and commercial success of our pressure-sensing product portfolio in your remit, driving long-term growth through market insight, innovation, and cross-functional leadership. You will partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to define product strategy, accelerate new product development, and strengthen our competitive position. As a key business leader, you will influence portfolio investment decisions, mentor product management talent, and serve as the voice of the customer across the organization.

  • Develop and execute product portfolio strategies by conducting competitive analysis, identifying market trends, and translating Voice of the Customer (VOC), customer insights, and market intelligence into product roadmaps and business cases.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle - from concept through commercialization - defining customer and market requirements, driving strategic product decisions, and ensuring successful global product launches.
  • Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams to prioritize product investments, optimize portfolio performance, and balance customer needs with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop compelling value propositions, product positioning, customer presentations, sales enablement materials, and go-to-market strategies that accelerate adoption and revenue growth.
  • Work closely with global Sales teams to identify strategic customers, develop account growth strategies, support key customer engagements, and drive successful design wins.
  • Develop pricing strategies, analyze market dynamics, competitive positioning, profitability, and business performance to maximize revenue, margin, and market share across the portfolio.
  • Monitor product and portfolio performance through KPIs, financial metrics, and market feedback, recommending portfolio optimization, lifecycle management, and investment priorities.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior product managers while fostering collaboration across global cross-functional teams.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

  • MSc in Engineering or related field (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or similar); MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of relevant OEM component-level Product Management experience or equivalent commercial and technical leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing product strategies, managing product portfolios, and leading cross-functional teams through new product development and commercialization.
  • Experience with MEMS or sensing products, particularly for medical applications, is highly desirable.
  • Strong business acumen with experience developing business cases, product roadmaps, pricing strategies, and portfolio investment recommendations.
  • Passion for understanding customer needs, identifying market opportunities, and delivering differentiated products that drive profitable business growth.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and executive presentation skills with the ability to lead without direct authority across global, cross-functional organizations.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers, engineering teams, commercial organizations, and senior leadership.
  • Willingness to travel (15-25%) to support key customers, strategic business reviews, trade shows, and global commercial activities.
  • P&L ownership or significant business management experience strongly preferred.
