As Senior Product Manager, you will report to the Director, Product Management and guide our team in improving finance and revenue management systems. You will connect business, technology, and player needs to deliver impactful solutions that improve our strategy in a collaborative, inclusive environment.
Role is hybrid based out of Redwood Shores (CA)

Responsibilities:
You will create and refine product strategies across multiple revenue management systems, using customer and business insights to improve our digital offerings and help us deliver value to players worldwide.
You will translate end-user requirements into actionable product specifications, collaborating with engineering, design, and architecture partners to deliver intuitive web workflows and APIs that support us in achieving business goals.
You will guide cross-functional teams through system evaluations and implementations, setting measurable acceptance criteria and improving delivery effectiveness for us across EA.
You will present product recommendations to senior partners, using data analysis to inform budget adjustments and improve monetization processes that benefit us and our players.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience leading system evaluations and implementations in product management, business analysis, or program management roles.
Hands-on experience with revenue management software such as Oracle EBS, SAP, Workday, or NetSuite, including transaction management and revenue processing.
Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience presenting technical concepts and product strategies to senior partners, with a focus on revenue recognition and forecasting.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES
Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
