    Job Summary

    The Senior Product Manager is responsible for leading product strategy, lifecycle management, and new product development for a product portfolio. This role oversees product planning, profitability, market analysis, product launches, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business growth and maximize product performance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead new product development using the Stage Gate process.
    • Develop and execute product portfolio strategies, roadmaps, and lifecycle management plans.
    • Manage product profitability, sales growth, cash flow, and overall product performance.
    • Develop and execute new product launch plans, including marketing, sales, and resource coordination.
    • Prepare business plans, strategic plans, operating plans, financial forecasts, and growth initiatives.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Legal, and Supply Chain teams.
    • Develop go-to-market strategies and support channel management initiatives.
    • Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive intelligence.
    • Create product training materials and deliver technical training to internal teams and customers.
    • Monitor industry trends, standards, regulations, and competitor activities.
    • Support additional strategic projects assigned by leadership.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
    • 8+ years of Product Management experience.
    • Experience developing strategic and financial business plans.
    • Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
    • Sales channel or sales management experience.
    • Engineering background or technical product knowledge.
    • Excellent presentation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
    • Ability to travel as required.
