Senior Product Manager - Experimentation
As a Senior Product Manager on our Customer Data and AI Enablement team, you will be building and leading empowered teams that partner with key internal teams, engage in customer research, execute data-driven prioritization to design, build, and launch initiatives driving supporting both Best Buy's customer needs and Best Buy's business objectives and key results. You will support the adoption of product management practices, foster inclusive leadership, and pioneer new ways of working.
The Customer Data and AI Enablement team accelerates enterprise-wide adoption of data and AI across Advanced Analytics, Product, and Sales & Operations by delivering scalable data platforms, self-service tools, and measurement capabilities that support continued growth. This role sits within that team and owns data products for the Digital Experimentation Platform, driving new features and capabilities through clear objectives and outcomes, ensuring high-quality delivery to production, and enabling the company to consistently track and measure the impact of critical business initiatives.
In this role, you'll primarily work virtually from home or another non‑Best Buy location. However, you must live within a drivable distance to our corporate campus in Richfield, Minnesota. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team, and the recruiter or hiring manager will provide additional details during the hiring process.
What you'll do
Consult and guide cross-functional teams on experiment design, helping non-technical users establish clear hypotheses, proper sample sizes, and robust success metrics.
Partner closely with Data Scientists to embed advanced testing methodologies such as A/B, multi-arm bandit, and geo-testing directly into the self-service platform.
Bridge the data knowledge gap by translating complex statistical requirements and data models into actionable, growth-focused business insights for platform users.
Safeguard experiment data integrity by proactively auditing active tests, identifying behavioral friction points, and preventing common testing pitfalls.
Define platform capability requirements and automated reporting dashboards that empower internal teams to seamlessly track, measure, and iterate on customer growth initiatives.
Basic qualifications

1 year of experience in strategy creation, customer-focused solutioning, cross-functional leadership and related areas
2 years of experience with direct people management and team management
Proven expertise in statistics behind experimentation, Geo Tests, A/B, multi-arm bandit, multivariate testing etc.
Preferred qualifications
6 years of Product Management experience
Demonstrated experience building platform products or deep knowledge of customer experience metrics
